Getting Here:

We offer free pick-ups in San Ignacio. Just give us a call at 609-2738 or 600-7508 when you get into town and we will come and get you. Please contact us in advance to let us know approximately when to expect you!

Driving Directions:

Driving west on the Western Highway from Belize City you will eventually reach Santa Elena(the other half of San Ignacio).  There will be a big orange sign that says, somewhat surreally, ‘San Ignacio and Beyond This Way’.  

Take a right there and when you come to the end of that road you will take a left and then hang a right straight down a hill (all of the traffic flow will go this way).  Cross the bridge (your only option).  Take your next left and you will pass the vegetable market on your left.  This road will swing to the right and take you directly into the center of town.  You will find yourself at a 5-way intersection. You will stay on the same road and cross (across and slightly to the right) the intersection to head straight up the hill.  

Just so you feel confident that you are on the correct road - a big yellow store named Courts should be to your left (its at the corner of the intersection).  Continue straight up this hill and follow the road as it curves to the right.  When you reach a stop sign at the divided street (referred to as Double Street) continue straight across it. This is Bullet Tree Road . You will pass Juan Chuc’s Hardware on your right and continue straight (even when it turns to dirt). 

After about 2 miles the road will be paved again – and you have entered the village of Bullet Tree Falls.  Pass the soccer field on your right and when you reach a small open cement bus stop (currently painted green) - take a right onto the dirt road. If you cross another big bridge here you have gone a bit too far. 

 You’ll pass a school on your left and keep heading straight under some gigantic trees. We are straight ahead on the right.  Hello!
